We should have 2 licenses available to check out and we are getting an error that says Failed to contact the license server - failed to retrieve a list of available licenses. Is this a problem on our end or Bentley's?
This is a problem on Bentley's end. Our development team is currently investigating. A resolution will be implemented on the license server as soon as possible. No changes will be required on client machines.

We use the license checkout tool to make sure we do not have more users in Microstation than we have license to avoid the overage charges. We are still showing 0 licenses available but we need to use Microstation to complete work today. How can we ensure we won't incur overage charges until this is fixed on Bentley's end?
Jeremy, can you please answer the question about incurring overage charges while Bentley is trying to fix this problem? We haven't been able to use Microsation since the license issue started yesterday and we have drawings we need to work on today.
