As far as I am aware we have added all of our users, see table below...is there anything else we need to do as we have received the final warning from Bentley this morning saying that our licences will be deactivated tomorrow if we are not properly registered!
Download and install the CONNECTION Client to all machines that have Bentley applications installed and have the users sign in to the CONNECTION Client to complete the process

Hi Tamicca, we have done all of this previously, we are just looking for reassurance from Bentley that if all 9 users show up on the particular table attached on my first post, then we are fully registered?
We have looked at all of the instructions at the time, we just need to know that there is no other action required.

Morning Tamicca, I have signed in with connection client on my computer, it is showing a current log in for me as a user but my computer is not shown as connected...how do I do this as I have another 2 computers in this state.
I am very confused, I thought if users had signed in then machines would be connected.
Hi Tamicca, checked back again and we have connected users but still three machines stated as not connected, even though there are users shown for these machines in the same table. Can you please confirm a method to connect these machines? As I have said previously, we have all users connected, but for some reason can't get all machines connected.
