As a corporate SELECT user, I filed a “Service Request” on December 19, 2017 and got a confirmation Email telling me the tracking number is 7000719463. But when I visited http://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport/ today to check the status, I was prompted that my access is denied because lack of privilege for that operation.
Can someone from Bentley tell me what is going on?

Hi Neil, there are duplicate login accounts of you in our system that's why you lost your access. I have cleaned the duplicate profile. Please try again to login. You should now see your SRs.
