As a corporate SELECT user, I filed a “Service Request” on December 19, 2017 and got a confirmation Email telling me the tracking number is 7000719463. But when I visited http://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/ProductSupport/ today to check the status, I was prompted that my access is denied because lack of privilege for that operation.
Can someone from Bentley tell me what is going on?
