Is there a fee associated to the use of the ProjectWise Projects area of the Bentley Cloud services portal?

There is no fee for just creating a ProjectWise Project.

How about the use of the Projectwise connect client to connect to client projectwise servers? I believe the applications codes are 1011 and 1012 pwc.exe
