Hello. Logged a service request for this nearly 2 weeks ago but no response despite multiple request for an update.
After installing the connection client recently and user logging on successfully, Microstation (and PowerDraft) now start with 15 minute timeout.
Tried activating again which appears successful but 15 minute timeout persists.
This is only happenning on a small subset of our 100+ users.
We have completely removed all Bentley products from the pc and reinstalled. No difference.
I'm hoping to get a license debug log file shortly to see if it provides any clues.
MicroStation is V8i version 10.00.10.19.
SelectServer is hosted by Bentley - not deployed on-premise.
Does anyone else have any thoughts?

A licdebug.log file with an activation attempt would be most helpful. Following are instructions for generating an error log. Please submit it via our Secure File Upload page, and let me know in this thread so that I or one of my colleagues can retrieve and analyze it.

Correction. Microstation is V8i SS4 version 08.11.09.832
We cannot move to a more recent version due to third party app that we use. Which is not yet compatible with more recent versions.
PC runs Microsoft Windows 10 x64.
