I need to extend permission for download/update to a colleague. They have an account, but for some reason don't have permission to download updates. Please advise.
If you are an administrator, please click the User Management tile on the Enterprise Portal (first tile to the left underneath the Project Activity map), and edit the roles for your colleague. Then add the Product Delivery - Download role.
