The IMS User Management page says you can "add new users, assign roles & reset passwords"
How do you reset a password here ? I see only the option to lock a user out.

I am the Account Admin, but I do not have that option.
Your organization is federated. There's no option to reset password because you're using your network credentials to sign in. In that case you'd need to contact your internal IT department for guidelines on how to change your password.

Of course, that makes sense. But there are some users who were created before the Federation that are not in the federated domain - I suppose they cannot have their passwords reset now ?
They can click "Forgot Password" in the CONNECTION Client dialog box, or at ims.bentley.com. Follow the prompts to receive an email to reset the password.
