I'm trying since past 3 hours, but connection client is not signing in. I tried with 4 more users on their resp. machines and it is the same case there as well.
Not able to use Projectwise and hence not able to work!!!!
I tried to open the website to raise a service request, but that also seems to be down!
Can somebody response from Bentley cloud srvices, what is the issue!
And email when it will be up again?

Currently IMS service is down and has effected CONNECT services. Team is working on it. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

Our systems are coming back online at this moment therefore you should be able to access any Bentley site or Service.

The cloud is still not working at all. Correspondence would be appreciated as this has affected many users in Mott MacDonald throughout today.

Can you give us a description of what's happening? Are you trying to sign in to the CONNECTION Client, or CONNECTION Center? What error message (if any) are you getting? If possible include a screen capture of what's happening.
