I've long noticed that the text in the service request get spaces removed every so often, jamming words together. It also doesn't seem to like apostrophes. It's minor, I know, but you are a software company and it comes across as awful sloppy. Has no one ever noticed this? I bet I've seen it for at least 10 years.
Hello Tank, Yes, it has been noticed and Defect 426 has been filed to address the issue. Unfortunately performed evaluation of this issue revealed the fix being too risky in current version and the resolution scheduled for next generation of Service Management Tool. There is no definitive timeline set yet but I will update this post as soon as anything changes in that respect. Thank you, Pavel
Hi Tank, I happy to inform you that we have been able to partly resolve this issue; there are no more strange breaks or words jammed together. It is not perfect but I hope that you find it acceptable now. My preview note still applies, solid resolution is scheduled for a new SRM. Thank you, Pavel
