How to use CONNECTION client with proxy which requires authentication with Windows credentials?
Hi Oto,
Please see the below 2 support communities link which provides the information for how to configure proxy servers with CONNECTION client and Bentley products;
1.https://communities.bentley.com/communities/other_communities/sign-in_assistance_and_web_services/w/wiki/36380/faq
2.https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/27789/how-do-i-configure-bentley-products-to-use-a-proxy-server
Regards,Abhishek
This still doesn't allow to use SSO and requires each new user to input his credentials. What is needed that Client automatically logs in.
Oto - if you want to use SSO then your Organization will need to Federate with Bentley. Here is how you can get started with that:

CONNECTION Client 10.00.11.xx or later now uses proxy settings in a different location than what is mentioned in the resources above because it is utilizing the CONNECT Licensing system instead of SELECTserver. To access this alternate location, please open the Windows Start menu, type "Bentley Licensing", and choose "Bentley Licensing Tool" from the search results. Then select Options from the Tools menu. We are planning to use system proxy settings in a future version of CONNECTION Client, but for now, please enter user credentials here.
Hi Jeremy. Can this be scripted in anyway. I don't want my users to have to enter proxy details on every machine they log into. I have a generic proxy username and password which I am adding using a regfile but for some reason the password doesn't appear to be added to the key.
