It seems like this issue is back again, I have already upgraded my Connection Client to the latest:
There appears to be an issue with recent Windows Updates that are interfering with the operation of the Connection Client. Uninstalling either KB5011831 or KB5013942 should temporarily resolve this issue until our development team have implemented a fix for this.

Hello Les,
Below Information is from https://status.bentley.com/

May 23 Update: Several of the users we've worked with have reported that they are using SofTrack software metering. Integrity Software has announced "We have discovered that Microsoft's recent Windows 10 update "KB5011831" is causing some applications (both 32 and 64bit) to not fully startup and instead use high amounts of CPU time." and that they have a fix available. If you are experiencing this issue and are using this 3rd party software, please try applying their fix.
May 27 Update: We've had more users confirm that Softrack was the issue. We're still working through the service requests that were logged for this issue, but as of today we have yet to find one that wasn't caused by Softrack. If you're experiencing the issue and do not have Softrack running, please do raise it as a service request and we'll reach out quickly.

Thank you. I uninstalled and re-installed SofTrack and it seems to have fixed the problem.
