Still happening especially when using reserved licenses and not logged in connect client. No Softrack.
I've also been noticing high CPU usage after leaving a program (e.g. ProjectWise) open for a couple of days. Licensing Service also uses a lot of RAM. Windows 10 22H2.
It's ridiculous. It's been a known problem for years as you can see by this thread. Still no resolution. Only way to address is reboot.
I do seem to be able to "fix" it by closing all open Bentley programs and ending the Licensing Service task in Task Manager. The process will then re-spawn and settle down. But how much electricity and wear and tear on the computer is wasted in the meantime? I also don't have SofTrack installed.

Contextcapture(iTwins Modeler) also does that, loads one core for 100% even when no project is open. Seems like industry standards.
