On opening microstation over the last couple of days , users on U11 are receiving the below error. In addition to this it is taking around 2-5mins to open microstation, I presume in an attempt to reach the server??
Yeah I am getting the same with SewerGEMS and WaterGEMS.

The message you are seeing is not related to the original issue with the alerting service. Your message simply says you've reached your license threshold, which has been set by your administrator. If you click acknowledge it could generate additional billing so you should contact your administrator for instructions on what to do when you get that alert.
