Did some research for errors on Bentley’s Website and went into the logs and found several errors that are listed below with how many times it occurred on 3/6/2019 between 8:54 & 9:23.
Hello Steven,
First, I recommend upgrading to CONNECTION Client version 10.00.13.17. You can download it from the Bentley Store
If after upgrade you're still unable to sign in please upload your logs by doing the following: go to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.exe" > click the Collect button > type in a new name for the zip that is to be created and pick a location to save it to > click the Save button and reply back with that zip attached.

How do I run that remotely (Powershell)? In other words, what switches are there so I can specify the target filename for the zip to avoid the hassle of interrupting the user?
Bill
Hello Bill,
At this time it's not possible. The log collector was created for simple log collection for a user that's not very computer savvy and is not familiar with accessing %localappdata%\Bentley\Logs and %localappdata%\Bentley\Licensing\Logs.
You can access those locations without using the log collector as previously done.
There are TWO gathered by the app and of course it is not uniform:
One is a CONNECTION Client log and one is the SES Licensing log. That is why they're not the same.
It also collects any crash logs if there are any. It's meant to collect any log that may help troubleshoot multiple issues like application issues, licensing issues, etc.
