Automatic Sign in Error that says "Connection issues Could not connect Try Again"

Did some research for errors on Bentley’s Website and went into the logs and found several errors that are listed below with how many times it occurred on 3/6/2019 between 8:54 & 9:23.

 

  1. ERROR - BUDDIClient - GetUrl() encountered an error: System.ServiceModel.ProtocolException: The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8). If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported method is implemented properly. The first 128 bytes of the response were: '<!DOCTYPE html
  2. ERROR - SingleSignOnControl - An error occured during federated login process - ID3260: The root element of a metadata document must be either an EntityDescriptor or an EntitiesDescriptor.
  3. ERROR - LicenseServiceV1 - CallEventOnListener(): there was a problem try to notify a client encountered - Cannot access a disposed object. Object name: 'System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel'.
  4. ERROR - LicenseServiceV1 - System.ObjectDisposedException: Cannot access a disposed object.

    First, I recommend upgrading to CONNECTION Client version 10.00.13.17. You can download it from the Bentley Store

    If after upgrade you're still unable to sign in please upload your logs by doing the following: go to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.exe" > click the Collect button > type in a new name for the zip that is to be created and pick a location to save it to > click the Save button and reply back with that zip attached.
