&lt;p&gt;At this time it&amp;#39;s not possible. The log collector was created for simple log collection for a user that&amp;#39;s not very computer savvy and is not familiar with accessing %localappdata%\Bentley\Logs and %localappdata%\Bentley\Licensing\Logs.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;First, I recommend upgrading to CONNECTION Client version 10.00.13.17. You can download it from the &lt;a href="https://store.bentley.com/en/products/iware/1000CC--CONNECTION-client"&gt;Bentley Store &lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If after upgrade you&amp;#39;re still unable to sign in please upload your logs&amp;nbsp;by doing the following: go to &amp;quot;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.exe&amp;quot; &amp;gt; click the Collect button &amp;gt; type in a new name for the zip that is to be created and pick a location to save it to &amp;gt; click the Save button and reply back with that zip attached.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
