Application use limited

I am getting the following message when I open my Bentley View connect edition:

Requested help previously, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I can't find the send logs now feature as well. Can somebody help. 

The application also shuts down after a short period.

  • Diagnostic logs maintained by CONNECTION Client may explain why this error keeps occurring. Please perform the following steps to gather and submit them:

    1. Open the Windows Start menu, type the following, and press Enter:
      %CommonProgramFiles%\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector
    2. In the window that appears, click the Collect log.
    3. Save the resulting zip archive.
    4. Privately submit the zip archive via our Communities Secure File Upload page.
      Important: Do not post the zip archive directly in the forum post since it contains your Windows user and machine names.
    5. Reply to this forum post once the zip archive has been submitted so that I can retrieve it on my end.

    Once received, I will examine the logs for problems and follow up with you.
