I am getting the following message when I open my Bentley View connect edition:
Requested help previously, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I can't find the send logs now feature as well. Can somebody help.
The application also shuts down after a short period.
I get no results when typing %CommonProgramFiles%\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\LogCollector.
Felicity De Hart, you appear to have a version of CONNECTION Client prior to 10.00.13.17 which included the LogCollector utility. If possible, please upgrade to the latest version. Otherwise, perform the following steps instead:
