I am getting the following message when I open my Bentley View connect edition:
Requested help previously, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I can't find the send logs now feature as well. Can somebody help.
The application also shuts down after a short period.

Make sure that the machine is continuously connected to the Internet and that you sign into the CONNECTION Client before starting up the application(s).
