I am getting the following message when I open my Bentley View connect edition:
Requested help previously, but nothing seems to solve the problem. I can't find the send logs now feature as well. Can somebody help.
The application also shuts down after a short period.

Make sure that the machine is continuously connected to the Internet and that you sign into the CONNECTION Client before starting up the application(s). Please run LogCollector again, and submit the latest logs so that I can see if anything changed. Please reply to this post once they have been submitted.
