I'm getting an error message when I try to check out a license that the licensing Tool failed to refresh available products, as in the image below. What can I do to fix this?

The screenshot does not show your Bentley login in the upper left corner. Are you signed into the CONNECTION Client?

I am logged into CONNECTION, but the license management tool doesn't look like it's recognizing it. Is there a way to fix this?

Please open the Task Manager, and note whether a process named Bentley.Licensing.Service is running. This provides a link between CONNECTION Client and the Bentley Licensing Tool. To rule out interference from an antivirus product, try temporarily disabling your antivirus and opening the Bentley Licensing Tool again. If it opens without error, please adjust the rules in your antivirus to permit Bentley.Licensing.Service to start.
