Was prompted by my Connection Client that this new version was available, how are we able to learn what's new with this release before we install the product or what timeframe can we expect between product release and updates to the Communities post https://communities.bentley.com/communities/other_communities/sign-in_assistance_and_web_services/w/wiki/41468/connection-client-release-notes?
I agree with you here,
I also think it better that administrators/managers should be emailed/ notified in advance or at time of release before users get the update flag!
