Hi,
This has been going on for awhile at my company. Client connection has updates, but when I click on it to download and install, it says "installation cancelled"
I am not an administrator for the computer so a pop up comes up to log in, and I log in using an administrator's login, but it still fails. I also checked my BentleyDownloads folder, but it did not download.

I have this same issue, but is says Download Failed (0x80200003) and I am running the CONNECTION Client as administrator.
Try going to https://www.bentley.com/en/support look under Admin Resources see if you have a license, Bentley occasionally will hose this up. If you have a license go to software downloads/Connection Client and download it and run manually. This is not a solution, but a workaround.
