I have tried 4 different machines, and my account seems to be locked out from updating. connection client is not able to check for updates. I get this error when I manually check for updates.
Getting same issue on about a dozen computers?

Does your account have the Product Deliver -Download role? Can you download from the Software Downloads page?

We we upgrading systems to Windows 10. Had to download an install of 10001511 and install to updates. Even updates are installed it comes back with forbidden when you check
My users show download roles.
