Hi
Unfortunately we do have a new customer which are running Bentley Map PowerView SS10 with the CONNECT Licensing. The product activates correctly, but they can only run in 13 minutes before they get an incorrect message, that says "Product is not activated and will exit in 2 minutes".
We do also have this issue with both Bentley Map PowerView SS3 and SS4 but with the old activation key system. I have prayed that this problem only was related to activation key, but it does not seem to be that.
I have uploaded logfiles with secure File upload.
I hope that somebody can help figuring out what this problem is caused.

Thanks for your answer. I have followed the steps for Option 1. The activation process is going fine and I can see "Allowed" in the access column. Also I can see that the "Expires" date is renewed every day, so the activation seems to go well. But still the user ran into the message with missing activation after 13 minutes. I have only seen that dialog in Bentley Map PowerView, not in other Bentley applications.

Underneath you can see that under "Product Status", that OpenCities Map PowerView is missing.

It will show once usage is transmitted to bentley. Please click on refresh option under product status tab.

Ok, I have pressed the button several times, but it does not give a line with PowerView. The program is running when i press the button so the license program should be able to see that powerview is running.
Is it possible for a tecnician to take a look at the computer directly through a TeamViewer connection or something similar?
