I think something is wrong with the email address probably due to the hack. The Bentley service manager sent to anonymous mail address which is neither personal mail nor my office mail. Because of your help I can get the contact otherwise I could not be received even she replied as the email is wrong.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But, the problem is still not resolved yet. I still cannot open my software.&lt;/p&gt;
