That CONNECTION Client keeps popping into my screen every few minutes and jumps on top of other applications when I'm not logged in. It causes lots of interruptions. I just log in when I need to, but don't need it all the time. is there a way to stop this frustration?
You should first check that you have successfully logged into the Connection Client and that the Preferences are set to Automatic Sign-In and Minimize. If there are still issues then it may be worth having a look at the following discussion relating to this.

You could change the configuration in Windows so the CONNECTION Client is not being launched when you log in to you workstationIn Windows 10 this can be done via Settings > Apps > Startup Apps and turn off Bentley.Connect.Client for Windows. If you start a Bentley application that needs a sign in via the CONNECTION Client, the application will pop up

Both the License Client and the CONNECTION Client would need to be disabled, as they work in conjunction. If one is running and one is not, they will check and restart the other. The License Client is delivered with the CONNECTION Client.
However, please understand that we have been transitioning to a sign-in model for product activation/entitlement. This is why the CONNECTION Client has been pushed by Bentley to be installed. Therefore, while it may not be required for you to sign in for your current Bentley applications, we are quickly moving in that direction.
Thanks
I have disabled the License Client and the Connection Client in the Settings > Apps > Startup Apps
But the PopUps still appear after I login to my computer
After I login to the computer one of the Bentley.Licensing.Service (I do not know why there are 2) is activated again.

Looks like they're there. There may be a solution, IDK, but Bentley wants that thing running for your product to work.
