Activated PowerGeopak SS10

Hello,

Can any body help me out to activated PowerGeopak SS10?

Previously we used PowerGeopak SS4, we were able to activated by putting Site Key and License server, but since we moved to SS10, there is no way to do this.

Can you help please?

    I followed this steps, still no luck.
    I can see the expiration date increased one day from 28 to 29 which mean 01/29/2020
    I have no idea with new version or the way they designed.
    We have couple users face problem so i decide to remove it out and roll back to SS4.

    Here is the screen shoot after follow the steps you shared me.

    any idea , please advise

    Hello Bruce,

    Kindly follow the below mentioned steps :

    log out the Connection Client
    Go to Task manager, select Connection Client for windows, Bentley.licensing.service for windows and click on "End Task".
    Open "Run" and search for %localappdata%\bentley
    Delete MySELECT.db file
    Go to Licensing folder and delete LicenseService file
    Go to activation wizard and try to activate the product

  • Hello Bruce,

    By default all Connect Edition product shows 7 day expiry date and it checks user sign in  on Connection Client everyday. So from current date you will see expiry date of 7 days.
