good day. we are having issues with the product activation and we suspect that this is due to firewall/proxy server change. we are now using .pac file for our proxy server. can someone help me where i can configure the software to use the .pac file?

PAC file is set via the Internet Options (Connections > LAN settings > Use automatic configuration script) and Bentley Licensing Tool needs to be configured to use system proxy settings.
Please note those options depend on your internal environment setup and need to be configured by your IT department
