Having used the same Activation Key for some time (under a SELECT license for PowerCivil) it is now not being recognised. Information online suggests using the Connection Client to resolve the problem, but that is also not responsive. I issued a Service Request last week but still have no response - can someone please tell me how to resolve the problem?
