My name is Hadi. I'm a student at University of Sharjah.
I am facing a problem with the licensing of Staad.Pro, RCDC, RAM Concept, RAM Connection, Staad Foundation Advanced.
The issue is: These software only open as trial versions, although my account is linked to my administrator, and always had the full commercial versions of all these software. I tried uninstalling one of these software, RCDC to be exact, and installing it again to check. The same problem happened. Then, I tried uninstalling the CONNECTION Client and installing it again. The same problem persisted. I used an official school code in this account, so I have no idea what's wrong.
I am also having similar activation problem with my Staad Pro Connect edition v22 update 3. i have full.commercial license ,with adminstrator account too. i tried to uninstall Connection client reinstalled ,but of no use . Still giving trial has ended and program closes. Staadpro advanced ,foundation RCDC all stopped working. Even more the trial period erratically showing 6 month back date. I am a Connect / select subscriber.. ironically this same software workwed about 10 days back before my office was closes due to Lockdown . I have raised a service request today. No waiting.

There was some technical issue yesterday with Staad.Pro licenses and that has been fixed now. Can you please check and confirm whether it is working fine now?
