The server (windows) was login by IT's Admin account , and PW DI service is run by another domain account.

After logging Server (windows) with the same domain account, this problem be solved.

RE: Server: SELECTserver has not been contacted for 30 days. To get up and running again, run the licensetool.exe on the PW server and select tools>send logs now. If your ProjectWIse service runs under a specific domain account, make sure that account has the necessary permissions to connect to SELECTserver.bentley.com. If you are unsure, try logging onto the server as that user and running the license tool under that windows profile. This mimics the behavior of what is happening when no one is logged onto the server and it is the PW service attempting to make that connection.
