We have a user that all of a sudden is getting this message when trying to start microstation.
The users connect client is logged in and the user is active under the user management
Everything was fine prior to today
Hi - I suspect that this user had the entitlement removed. The Admin can check by going into the Entitlement Management Service. If you contact support, they will be able to see the settings if you are not familiar with how it works.

I went to the entitlement management and looked for Microstation and didn't see it in the list. I added it, but still get the same error. Oddly none of the users show Microstation in the entitlements yet everyone else has no problems getting in to microstation.
MicroStation should be there, so I would contact the CONNECT Support team so that they can look at your account and see what is listed. Once a solution is provided, it would be helpful to post the solution here for others to close the loop.

I ran the Bentley licensing tool, it showed microstation access as denied, so I ran the activation wizard and now everything works. How it got set to denied I have no idea.

Thanks for posting what resolved it. There are log files that can be collected that may help figure out what happened if you wish to look at this further.
