Hello,
I have been using gINT recently for various offshore projects. On return I went to extend my license for another project kicking off shortly; when I change the date in the calendar to extend, nothing happens. When I try to check the license back in to then check it back out I get the following error message:
"Error occurred while attempting to check in a license: contact administrator"
I have contacted the admin however this seems like a fairly innocuous action to throw up an error message. Can anyone advise as I am going offshore shortly for another project shortly and need to check the license out before I am away.

Can you please confirm me your Connection Client registered email ID which you are using for login. This will help us to investigate the details. Meanwhile you can refer below wiki and to return a license prior to the expiration date, select it in the bottom pane, and click the Check-in button of Bentley Licensing tool.

Your response is not particularly helpful, considering that the original poster said:
