Getting this on several of our PCs after entering the email address. Also seem to have lost the ability to download software.
Americas is working as expected. The Page Expired error seems to come up if you don't have the latest CC and did not sign out before the server upgrade. We don't have the latest and some users did not sign out so they had the Page Expired error. The one difference we have is once you select Sign Out from the app (in task bar), you can log in. We have never seen it again.
You may have better luck if you upgrade to the latest.

As far as I know I am on the latest as CC is not telling me on any upgrades available!
Latest, for the moment, is 10.00.19.31. Right-click the windows button and pick the top item. You can search inside that for Conn and it will show the version (or if apps/features, you click on the name for it to expand because modern UIs hide useful stuff).
Elsewhere, someone posted their logs showing their system cannot find a key server. Try this command in a command window:nslookup buddi.bentley.comand if it fails to return a number, that would indicate DNS on your end is not getting the address required.
For us, none of that mattered. We just had to exit the app using the icon in the taskbar then reopen. Closing it doesn't work.
I had this problem - and this cured it (see registry change):
If you are able to sign-in to https://ims.bentley.com but cannot sign-in to the CONNECTION Client, we suggest modifying the CONNECTION Client to use Chromium - it's Google Chrome: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromium_(web_browser).
Please note that this requires administrative permissions on your computer.

CONNECTION Client 10.00.19.24 and later now includes an embedded copy of the Chromium browser as an alternative to Internet Explorer. This can be useful for any users encountering problems signing in with Internet Explorer. The following batch file (saved as a text file for easy transfer through email) can be executed by a user to switch between Chromium and Internet Explorer as needed:

To use it, please perform the following steps:
Hope, this helps.
