I'm getting software download forbidden on an account (mine) that has always had rights.. How do I get the right back?

Try signing in using Incognito mode in Chrome to see if you download. If it works clear your browser cache.

Nope . Same result. Still telling me i don't have rights to download software.
And also if I try running updates from the Connect client it say forbidden. I have the product download role on my account. Please can Bentley sort this out it's a major problem.
Just to confirm it's this account not the other one that has the problem. I don't have rights on the other one but do on this.
