I have several users who can't login to the connection client. They can enter their email but when they try their password it doesn't react. Pressingthe button or enter does nothing. I have a critcal support case open buit in case someone on here has an answer. We have people w can't work.
I had a similar issue yesterday and found that closing the initial connection client and re-opening solved the issue for me. It was slower than usual to login but worked.

Please check if users are using latest versions of Connection Client like 10.00.19.30 or 10.00.19.31. Follow the below steps and check if it resolves your issue:
1. Sign-out for the CONNECTION client.2. In Task manager, end task for both Bentley Connect client and Bentley Licensing Service for Windows.3. Navigate to %localappdata%\Bentley and rename MySELECT.DB to .old. and %localappdata%\Bentley\Licensing LicenseService.DB to .old4. Open CONNECTION client and sign-in. See if you see notifications.5. Open Bentley Licensing Tool, see if it shows that you have signed now.
If they are still facing issue, I suggest to reset the password and check.
This doesn't work. The problem is that when you enter the password nothing happens. Clicking sign in does nothing and pressing return does nothing. The user can login at Bentley.com so the password is not the problem. We have had this issue on several workstations
Please raise the service request with user ID and error screenshot. Also provide connection client logs to investigate the issue further.
