A user could not connect. Connect would not accept the password. Since the user had been in, I deleted a user and now need to re-enter that person. Connect Client won't allow me to re-enter the person. Is it because the email address was already used? How can I get this person back on the user list?
Deleting a user merely disassociates them from your account. Assuming a user is not associated to a different account, you should be able to add them back - If this fails you need to contact Bentley, please submit a service request, or call directly.
