&lt;p&gt;You mean that you had checked-out the license on that machine and didn&amp;#39;t checked-in back before formatting the machine? If you are account admin/co-admin for your account can follow the &lt;a href="/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/41085/how-to-check-out-licenses-from-entitlement-management"&gt;Instructions&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to check-in back the license from Entitlement Management portal. Or you can contact your admin/co-admin to assist you.&lt;/p&gt;
