When i try to log into connection client i input my email address and password. The sign in screen then shows Just a Moment, connecting you to Bentley with a rotating circle. It never connects. I have tried 3 days in a row. Exited out. Turned computer off and on. Everything. The computer is connected to internet properly. Other coworkers do not have problems with same computer hardware and work network. Does the account need to be further verified? I can sign in on bentley's website and my account works here in bentley community.

Did anyone do basic troubleshooting (ensure you've got a recent version, remove/reinstall)? What version is doing that?

Yes, i uninstalled, reinstalled, ran the troubleshooter. I decided just to delete everything with betnly connect and viewer etc. Its a shame there isn't any technical support you can contact for the viewer. For now I'll continue to have someone else convert the files to a DXF which i can use in autocad. Just so you know, installing the bentley viewer installed i believe 10 additional programs onto my windows 10 computer. Make sure you delete them all!
I have received an email from support that dev has found a way to fix the bug temporarily. I am able to sign in now.
