When i try to log into connection client i input my email address and password. The sign in screen then shows Just a Moment, connecting you to Bentley with a rotating circle. It never connects. I have tried 3 days in a row. Exited out. Turned computer off and on. Everything. The computer is connected to internet properly. Other coworkers do not have problems with same computer hardware and work network. Does the account need to be further verified? I can sign in on bentley's website and my account works here in bentley community.

Even we are facing the same issue, tried all trouble shooting workflows.
Is it like any MS Edge update causing the issue ??
If we remove edge update then it shows "working " in connection client app instead of "Just a moment......".
Because if user logsin via portal it's getting successfully logged in but the same Credintials is not getting fetched by Connection client app.
Chris Tiedt which version of Connection did you installed and resolved the issue ,We have tried with 11.00.05.44

Hello Ashutosh,
Please uninstall the CONNECTION Client, Edge browser and Webview2 runtime component and then install only CONNECTION Client 11.00.05.44 version. This version will also install the Edge and Webview2.
Edge and Weview2 are important for latest CONNECTION Client to communicate.
You may also refer wiki CONNECTION Client says "Working"
