today I discussed in OpenCities Map forum a question of my customer how Bentley Map Mobile is licensed. The question was answered that there is no license product, but it's covered by Bentley CONNECTION Passport.
I found this my older question, where not everything was answered fully and it's 2 years old, so I'd like to refresh my knowledge:
For this you would need to contact to Bentley Account Manager or contact sales.
thanks for your answer.

That's general long term Bentley problem: There is no way (at least what I know) how a user can simply (and in local language!) find who is his AM.
I used my contacts in Bentley to find out who is the assigned AM. I have the name, but it seems to be quite formal, because my customer does not know the person and have not received any single information or e-mail from this source. I sent e-mail and another typical Bentley problem arised: There is still not reaction even for simple answer "Are you AM assigned to this account?" for a few days.

It's the last chance. But unfortunately this customer is less and less willing to solve buggy CE platform, zero local support and impossibility to communicate in Czech language (whatever he sent to Bentley, English answer was returned (often with no understanding of industry or local context).

Monique, if that's a joke, it doesn't belong on the forums. If you're being serious, I'm afraid you're out of your depth. We aren't talking about a literal American passport but a type of Bentley license called a passport.
