Hi, I am unable to open subscription analytics (e.g. Daily Usage by Machine/Users, Version Adoption, etc) on my browser.My System is Win 10 with Latest Edge and Chrome. Both browsers are just keep loading the page as shown in the screenshot.
However, when I tried to open with another PC, it works. May I know if there is any settings on my Browsers that I should setup to solve the issue? Thanks.

I know its been a long time since this thread was active. Users are experiencing the same issue now (3/2024). Anyone authorized to view the reports get a blank screen as shown in the above post. A ticket has been open to Bentley support for the past 3 months with no resolution. Is there a fix to this issue? Running Edge 122.0.2365.66 and Windows 10 Enterprise.
That's strange. I was just able to see my "Daily Usage by Machine" in FireFox.
