We just got a QLT bill from Bentley for an overage.
Going through the report various reports I was trying to find the user, workstation, and time of the overage.
Trying to decipher the output from the different reports in Subscription Analytics the closest I got was the Usage Details report. Looking at the date of the overage it's still darn near impossible to figure out where the overage occurred. A lot of our users will only have the application open for about a minute before closing.
Is there any way to get a report that flags the usage that caused the overage?
If not, it sure would be nice to have.
Hi,
I followed-up with our development team and we are working on a new SELECT Open Access report that will help make this easier to see. That said, have you checked out this report to see if you can find what you need easier? https://select.bentley.com/selectopenaccessportal/Home/Index
Thanks,Glenn
That helps narrow the time down a bit, but still need to crosscheck with the Usage Details report.

you can use SelectOpenAccess to see the days when the overusages was made and on the reporting portal I recommend use the detail report https://reporting.bentley.com/report/usagedetails so you can select the day you need and see the 10 min interval period the overusages was made.
That's the report I used, but it is hard to decipher on its own.
It would be nice if there was an extra column that displayed an * or something for the usage that generated the overage.
