I got the error called "We didn't recognize the email address or password you entered. Please try again." when tried to log in to connection client
My trying were:
1. Forgot the password and filled with the new password.
2. Uninstall the current version and installed the older version.
None of this working.
I would appreciate any help regarding this problem.
Version 10.0.19.31 seems to be very solid. If you don't have that installed, I recommend it. Whereas, Version 11.0.1.88 should never have been released. The sync function didn't work for me and others have complained about it. (We're federated so I cannot test password resets. You might try again on that)

Two years later I have the same error I have tried version 11.00.05.34 and 11.00.03.25 but I get the same error

I don`t need to change password, I have not forget my password. I can log in and even edit my profile on connect.bentley.com. My issue is that on Connection Client I still get the error: "We didn't recognize the email address or password you entered. Please try again." I cannot login on Connection Client.
I have tried to install a different version of Connection Client and it works now.
