I saw that signing in should fix the "issue with usage reporting detected; please run the health check tool or click here to learn more" error I'm getting on my sign-in screen for the connection client. However, I can't sign in because the connection client has been displaying a "working..." message for some time now. I know my internet connection is stable, so I don't know why I haven't been able to sign in. Any ideas why this might be happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I've started getting this, does not recognise my email and password anymore. Something to do with recent licensing changes maybe?
There was a problem with a Microsoft Edge update interfering with a recent version of the Connection Client software. There is an updated, fixed version of Connection Client available on the Software Downloads page
