Hi.A customer from Leica has Bentley Powerdraft installation but has problems to activate the their licence. They have very restricted internet policy and therefore no internet connection, at all.How can they proceed working offline.Thanks for some help.Regards, Gerald

The option available is to check out a license. I will make the assumption that they are using the Subscription Entitlement Service, so here are the instructions:

apparently, my customer did not succeed.
They are telling me, that button to check out the licence is disabled.
What does it mean? Is their lic. not fully registered? Or is it related to maintenance?
Are you able to check customer's status? Or is the a direct contact to Bentley?

*Please note: An Organization needs to have one person with access to a machine that can check out a license policy file that can be distributed to those without access.
Also - were all the fields filled in using valid information?
what does it actually mean: An organization needs to have one person ...?
Are there more requirements as having the credentials and admin user rights? Can you log in from any machine as long as matching the requirements?
