I just recently reinstalled the CONNECTION Client Version "blg64110001109en". When I tried to Open it, it crashes and just moves to system tray. When I try to click it in the system tray, the icon disappear and reappear again and sometimes multiply like in the photo. When I try to end task it in the task manager, it does not respond to the command and stays running. Is this a bug or something? What should I do to access the client? I am using Windows 10. Thank you!

I would recommend you to please upgrade CONNECTION client to latest version 11.0.4.15. You can download the installer from here: https://www.bentley.com/en/resources/connection-client

If you want to end the CONNECTION Client process in the Task Manager, you need to end the Bentley.Licensing.Service for Windows task first. Otherwise, it will keep restarting.
