I'm having issues with the Connect Client. It's been stuck at "working" for 30 minutes total now. I've tried a reboot of the PC and a restart of the program.
I did notice this morning that the PC was unplugged from power. It shouldn't matter as it was shut down properly yesterday afternoon.

This is known issue occurring for multiple people at the moment, did you upgrade to 11.00.02.18 version of connection client?
What version of Microsoft .NET do you have installed?
Reboot has helped in this case, but since it didn't help in your case, please try following,

I do not know what version of the Connect Client I have. I tried following your guide and something happened. It' still not working, but now the little client icon in the system tray has a checkmark instead of a cross:

Had the same problem (from this morning)...
Uninstalled version 11, installed v10, and now it works...
I have the same issue with Connection Client just showing "working". I did the four steps above and it did not help, still just shows "working".
