I have a computer with Bentley Connection client but no one can login. It is just stuck on "Working...".
I have tried reinstalling the program to latest version. I have also tried this command: "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Bentley Shared\CONNECTION Client\Bentley.Connect.Client.exe" - noautosso
And I have tried deleting .db files in the user profile, but nothing works. Still just this message. Any idea of how to get this back on track? It has worked before on this computer.
I am having the same issue today.
This is the version I had installed: ConnectionClient-blg6411000216en.exe.... I down graded to ConnectionClient-blg64110001109en.exe and I am now working.
I would love to download a working version from there but it says:"You do not have access to Software Downloads. "
Thanks - downgrading to 11.00.01.109 helped ...now the login works and I'm able to do my work again :-)But Bentley, please fix this bug a.s.a.p. ...it is an embarrassing mistake especially because we are forced to use the CONNECTION client.Regards Anders
I have the same issue and am unable to find the older version for download. I also do not have access to software downloads
If you go to www.bentley.com, click on STORE. There is no sign in or restrictions to download the applications that are there. The CONNECTION Client is one of the applications posted.
Thanks
That is correct but it is only the latest version. And that version does not work.
Take a look at the inserted image, it is the .109 version. (look at the lower left corner)
